            周期結構中光學聲子的色散關系

            摘要:本文詳細的討論了1些周期結構的色散關系。首先本文利用牛頓定理推導了1個原胞內含有2個原子的1維和2維周期性結構的色散關系,接著利用黃昆方程和靜電學理論討論了A/B型周期結構,A/B/C型周期結構的光學聲子的色散關系和A/B型周期結構中含缺陷的宏觀界面光學聲子的色散關系。

            The dispersion relations of optics phonon In periodic structure

            Abstract:Some dispersion relations of optics phonon in periodic structure are studied in detail in the article.The first, the dispersion relations of optics phonon in one-dimensional and the two-dimensional periodic structure which is maked up of cellulars which contain two atoms are studied by Newton’theory.Then ,dispersion relations of optics phonon in A/ B periodic structure amd A/B/ C periodic structure and the macro- surface dispersion relations of optics phonon in A/ B periodic structure contains defact are studied by the Huang Kun equationand and electrostatics theory.
