IG panel interview面經
申請的上海的IG,WB的。今天下午面的final panel interview（12/5）。跟前面那位總結的差不多。20分鐘的準備時間給你一個topic,準備presentation,5分鐘的presentation。topic就是跟匯率有關系的，大家就看看這方面的內容吧。presentation以后還會追問你問題。 接下來就是structured interview。能想起來的問題大概有以下： 1.an example persuading people to accept your idea. 2. and example making others accepting what they didn't like. 3. an example of taking creative approach to solve a problem. 4. How to maintain strong customer relationhip. 5. As a corporation, what kind of serives would you like from a bank? 6. Talk about specific product in a bank. 還有其他問題，都是針對我個人的經歷問的。因為面了一個多小時，大概一小時20分鐘的樣子。最后面試官還是給了一個比較正面的評價給我。但愿這個這個評價反映了真實的結果吧。 建議： 根據某一些問題，想一些實際的'例子還是必要的，省得到時候一緊張想不起來例子就很尷尬。但是具體細節，沒必要準備的很細，因為他們會追問一些你肯那個無法預測的細節。只要例子是真實的，be yourself就可以了。
