fluke是一種比目魚的名字，同時在口語中也可以指「僥幸」，也就是運氣好、蒙到的`好事。所以This is no fluke!就是在贊美別人靠實力獲得好的結果，絕非光憑運氣。這個字還有另一個用法：
A: What a fluke! I ran into my boyfriend near the Welcome.
運氣真好！我在頂好超市附近碰到我男友。
B: That's no fluke. I saw him there the other day talking to another girl!
