Washing ApplesMrs.Johnson has a fruit shop in town. She is friendly to everyone. So people like to buy fruit in her shop. One Sunday morning she found all the apples were big and nice. Her son Mike likes them very much. So she brought some home.After lunch she put them on the table. That afternoon Mike came bake earlier. He was very hungry. He found the apples and ate most of them. Mrs.Jonhson came bake.She asked “Mike did you see the apples? Did you eat them？”Mike answered“Yes mum. I ate a lot of them. I was very hungry.”“Did you wash them?”Mike didn’t answer her.
