Now I have learned to deal with my money, I am no longer waste money, I am so proud of myself.

Time seems to speed up as soon as the students step into their final and vital year. The college entrance examination is approaching day by day.Quite a few students have moved out from their dormitories to live in a rented room near the school to make every minute count.
It cannot be denied that they have their own time schedule after classes and easily concentrate on lessons alone in their small room. What’s important, with their morns taking care of them, they can spare more time for studies. However, there exist some disadvantages. For example, sometimes their minds go wandering easily without competitors round.Furthermore,a student who is left alone to study at rather an easy atmosphere tends to get distracted or even feel tired easily.
In spite of the fact that the dorm life is full of fun and friendship, noisy songs and shouts in the dorms after evening classes only quiet down long after the blackout at 10:30 p. m.,leading to a serious lack of sleep,I think.Worse still, they don’t make fullest use of time to study so,from my perspective.I prefer to live in the rented room.

afternoon was mrs. conroys favorite time of day. after a hard day at work, her eyes were tired and her feet hurt. she enjoyed the nice long nap she took on the bus. mrs. conroy had made friends with the bus driver, mr. angstrom. he always woke her up before her stop. she usually felt fresh as a daisy when she got off the bus.
but today was different. mr. angstrom wasnt driving. a small man in a wrinkled uniform sat in the drivers seat.
"wheres mr. angstrom?" asked mrs. conroy, dropping her money into the bo.
"i dont know. sick, i guess. i just work here, lady. step to the rear."
mrs. conroy hoped that mr. angstrom was all right. she didnt like this new driver. she decided not to sleep on the way home today. she didnt want to ask this driver to wake her. he didnt look like the type whod want to do anyone a favor.
mrs. conroy looked out the window. it was a warm afternoon. though she tried to keep her eyes open, the gentle rocking of the bus had a lulling effect. within a few minutes her eyes closed. her head dropped to her shoulders. in spite of herself, mrs. conroy fell fast asleep.
the net thing mrs. conroy knew, a hand was on her shoulder. someone was shaking her awake.
"wake up, lady. weve come to the end of the line. wake up."
mrs. conroy blinked and opened her eyes. the bus driver looked down at her. "i said, this is the end of the line, lady. time to get off the bus."
mrs. conroy peered out the window. "where am i?" she asked. "i was supposed to get off at esse avenue."
"youre at the last stop, lady. come on, get off the bus. i have a schedule to keep to."
mrs. conroy was having trouble waking up. she staggered to her feet. the bus driver took her arm and helped her down the aisle. as she stepped off the bus, she felt a sense of panic. "wait a minute," she said in a shrill voice. "this isnt esse avenue. where am i? how can i get home?"
"cool off, lady. i told you, youre at the end of the line. we all make it here sooner or later."
"but why cant i ride back with you?" she pleaded. "i have the fare!"
"sorry, lady," he said as he closed the door. "its against the rules."
mrs. conroy watched the bus disappear down the road. she looked around and tried to figure out what part of the city she was in. suddenly the sun seemed awfully bright.
mrs. conroy squinted. she didnt recognize this place. there were no trees around, no street signs, and no people. the city seemed to have ended miles back. she couldnt get her bearings. there was nothing to see in any direction. nothing at all. mrs. conroy wondered if she were still dreaming.
"are you ready, madam?"
the voice came from behind her. mrs. conroy whirled around, her heart beating rapidly.
"who? what? are you speaking to me?"
a tall, handsome man in a blue pin-striped suit stepped forward. his suit reminded her of the one that her boss, mr. burton, always wore. what was a businessman doing so far out here in the country?
the man smiled. "yes, mrs. conroy. ive come to meet you. its time to go now."
"go where? what are you talking about? and how do you know my name?" the man in the blue suit smiled.
"i know it must be very confusing, mrs. conroy. most people seem to feel that way at first. but as we go along, everything will become quite clear." he took her by the arm. "its all right," he said kindly. "just come with me."
"no! im not going anywhere with you. why should i? i dont even know who you are," mrs. conroy said. she pulled away from the man and stepped back.
the man smiled gently. "im only an assistant, mrs. conroy," he said.
"well, mr. assistant, there must be some mistake. i just fell asleep and stayed on the bus too long. then the driver made me get off. he wouldnt take me back with him! he talked some nonsense about rules. im going to call the company and report him!"
"he was just doing his job, mrs. conroy," the man said patiently.
"but he left me out here alone," mrs. conroy said. "now its getting late. i have to get home and fi dinner. what kind of bus driver refuses to take passengers?"
the man in the blue suit stepped toward mrs. conroy and took her arm again. this time she didnt resist. he patted her hand and smiled down at her. "youll have to forgive the driver for being rude, mrs. conroy. hes new at the job. but he was only following orders. you see, mrs. conroy, this is the end of the line. you dont have to worry about getting home and fiing dinner.our passengers only go one way."
Happiness islike a pebble dropped into a pool to set in motion an ever-widening circle ofripples. As Stevenson has said being happy is a duty.
There is noexact definition of the word happiness. Happy people are happy for all sorts ofreasons. The key is not wealth or physical well-being since we find beggarsinvalids and so-called failures who are extremely happy.
Being happy is asort of unexpected dividend. But staying happy is an accomplishment a triumphof soul and character. It is not selfish to strive for it. It is indeed aduty to ourselves and others.
Being unhappy islike an infectious disease. It causes people to shrink away from the sufferer. He soon finds himself alone miserable and embittered. There is however acure so simple as to seem at first glance ridiculous; if you don’t feelhappy pretend to be!
It works. Beforelong you will find that instead of repelling people you attract them. Youdiscover how deeply rewarding it is to be the center of wider and wider circlesof good will.
Then themake-believe becomes a reality. You possess the secret of peace of mind andcan forget yourself in being of service to others.
Being happyonce it is realized as a duty and established as a habit opens doors intounimaginable gardens thronged with grateful friends.
China
Daily
Dear Editor,
I am writing to tell you about the survey I’ve made on “Using paper cards or e-cards” in our class.
About 30% of the students want to use the paper card. Firstly, people can make them by themselves and they can show people’s real feelings. Secondly, people can take them everywhere they go and keep them for a long time. Thirdly, people don’t have to read them through computers.
However, about 70% of the students prefer to use e-cards. E-cards can carry much information and people can send them quickly. Besides, using e-cards can save paper so that the environment can be protected well. What’s more, people can make different kinds of designs that they like.
As for me, I like to use both of the two kinds, because when I am free, I can use the paper cards, but when I am busy, I can use e-cards.
Yours sincerely,
Wang Qiang
那么問題又來了,備選項中存在client,purchaser和shopper(另外customer在重復頻度上已屬寫作中的垃圾詞匯,遂在此不予探討)這幾個詞當中,到底誰是最佳人選。
In the social development today, the ceremony has become a valuable postcard by etiquette, can reveal a person's quality, character, so the etiquette is very important, now, let us look into life, who have lost their postcards!
I. library etiquette
"Kaka"...... "Well," he said, "well, who is so interested in it?" Is a big brother next to me, a look to know that he certainly did not eat lunch, so eat so fragrant, but eating place is not appropriate, he actually eat inside the library! Well, it's really a kind of "exotic enjoyment", and the devil is still in the back. I see his book is very interesting and ask him if he can read it and lend it to me. He promised. Who knows, when I opened the book in the best of spirits, I found the book in the lower right corner of the lower left corner and left his "evidence", oil tut fingerprints, who are sick, I ran to him and said: "brother, you put the book up." But he took a look, and said, "never mind, anyway, it's not mine."." Turned away, I was furious, a brother of the third day, and even these basic etiquette are confused. Students, you must not follow the etiquette of the library in the library, just like that brother!
Two, restaurant etiquette
"Ah, eat eat eat......" At this moment, there is a table that is a amazing roar, which makes me can't eat! Maybe they were very hungry, so greedily, but the sound is very big, is really a wolf to eat, even I only have no mood! Students, when you dine in the restaurant, you should also pay attention to etiquette, even if you are hungry, to eat slowly, otherwise, is a dog in the manger! A wolf can't stomach your stomach!
Etiquette is like air freshener. It's like lubricating oil. When you are always polite and everywhere you are, etiquette will bring you unexpected surprises!
