第二輪面試則由部門主管經理出面，這時候，有關業務方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉向了專業領域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業務強項等。

如何應對英語面試
英語從小開始學，可學了10來年，有的人還是“啞巴英語”。到了要找飯碗的緊要關頭，則對一些“成功英語面試培訓”饑不擇食。其實，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平時積累的基礎上，注意一些細節，運用一些技巧，給自己加上幾個成功的籌碼。
首先，平時要注意訓練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問題，如果考官一個問題出來，你卻聽得云里霧里，然后來兩三個“Pardon”，那現場氣氛定會急轉直下。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
其次，發音要標準。在與外國boss面談的過程中，發音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因為害怕犯語法錯誤而不敢說，大多數時候一些細小的語法錯誤并不影響交際的進行，老外們也不會特別在意。如果要說某個詞卻一時想不起來，那就換種說法，盡量避免卡殼，卡殼會導致冷場。總之不管怎么樣，都要自信滿滿地，把英文說得讓人聽上去像那么回事。
■先期準備
主要是個人情況和業務方面。專業英語的準備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業術語或解答一個技術問題。還可去公司的英文網站了解一下企業文化，這在與bigboss面談的中會有幫助的。
