　　面試成功四步曲

　　進入面試是人生的一次機遇同時也是一次挑戰，如何選擇面試輔導老師是同學們期望知道的，也許聰明的同學會挨家的聽免費公開課，很多同學都是看機構名氣其實看名氣是不理智的，例如：全國知名機構在北京的老師特別厲害，有中央直屬機構的十萬班，在北京的郊區莊園開班，很少好老師會去其他核心城市以外地方，往往是剛畢業的研究生做講師，本科畢業的做助教。

　　我個人認為面試應該分四步走，下面我簡要的介紹一下面試的四部曲：

　　第一部，能講話，聽過老師的基礎知識的講解很多同學能簡要的說出核心內容，但是答題時間短，沒有像樣的連接詞，不成句，不完整。

　　第二部，能完整的'說出意思，心中有很多想法，會猶豫，不知道哪個是對的，不知道該不該說，有的時候想說的會忘記，基本能基本完整的答題。

　　第三部，能夠順暢的回答完問題，甚至經常超時，能夠流暢的答題。

　　第四部，成為考場高手，有開頭有結尾，有點綴性的語言，能夠取得考場前三名。

　　面試四部走是我在多年教學中的感受，有的老師你覺得他的講授很華麗，但是沒有用，聽完他的課程你講不出來他那樣的語言。

　　教育是責任，想要完成這四步走，一般需要1個月左右的時間，希望大家都能如愿以償，取得好的成績。
