　　本句的主干是The UK network of Business Links confirms that...and claims that...在第一個that引導的賓語從句it too has seen...中，現在分詞短語seeking its advice修飾small businesses;第二個that引導的賓語從句as many as 60-70% of...to their workforces中，定語從句that come through its doors修飾the businesses。

　　offer、supply和provide三者都含有“提供”之意，但在用法上有一定的區別：

　　2) Vegetables supply us with all kinds ofvitamins. 蔬菜為我們提供各種維生素。

　　provide意為“供給，提供”，強調通過儲存或準備的方式為某事做準備，以在需要時提供所需物品，常用于provide sb. (with sth.)或provide sth.(for sb.)縮構。如：

　　1)We must provide enough money for old age.

　　我們必須準備足夠的養老錢。

　　2)Our school provides us with all the books we need.

　　學校為我們提供所需要的所有書籍。
