　　1.Airport pick-up 接機

　　A:Anybody picks you up at the airport?

　　B:My secretary arranged it. I just hope the chauffeur will show up.

　　A：有人去機場接你嗎?

　　B：我的秘書安排了，我只是希望司機能到。

　　2. Book a hotel 訂酒店

　　A: Who booked the hotel for you?

　　B: Ms. Wang did. It's Shangri-La.

　　A：誰幫你訂的酒店?

　　B：王女士定的，是香格里拉。

　　3.Expense standard 差旅費標準

　　A: What's the expense standard for travel?

　　B: I have the information. I'll email it to you.

　　A：差旅費標準是怎樣的?

　　B：我這有，我會發電子郵件給你的。

　　4.Kill time 消磨時間，打發時間

　　A: I have about one hour to kill. Any recommendations where to go?

　　B: You can get on the Internet in the VIP Lounge. That's the best time to kill time.

　　A：我還有一個小時沒事兒干，能推薦什么地方可去嗎?

　　B：你可以去貴賓室上網，那里是消磨時間的最好去處。

　　5.On the road 旅行，公出

　　A: I'm on the road a lot recently.

　　B: That's not bad, you get to see other cities.

　　A：我最近總出差。

　　6.Out of town 出城，旅行，出門

　　A:I'm going out of town.

　　B:Business trip?

　　A:Yes.

　　A：我要出門。

　　B：公出?

　　A：是的。

　　7. Receipt/invoice 收據/發票

　　A: What's the difference between receipt and invoice?

　　B: Invoice means the receipt with paid tax. Receipt has wider meaning than invoice.

　　A：收據和發票的區別是什么?

　　B：發票是付了稅的收據，而收據指的范圍比發票更廣泛。

　　8.Rent a car 租車

　　A: Where can I rent a car?

　　B: The car rental counters are over there.

　　A：我在哪里可以租車啊?

　　B：租車柜臺在那邊。

　　9.Sleeping car 臥鋪

　　A: There is a direct sleeping car from Changchun to Beijing.

　　B: It's so convenient. You save on the hotel as well.

　　A：從長春到北京有一趟直達臥鋪。

　　B：太方便了，連賓館的錢都省了。

　　10.Take a plane 坐飛機

　　A: Are you taking a plane or taking a train?

　　B: I'll fly. It will take two days for the train.

　　A：你要坐飛機去還是坐火車?

　　B：坐飛機，坐火車得兩天。
