　　昨天收到的電面通知，是10點40分左右，shanghai office打來的通知，最開始問我are you available at 11 this morning，我還以為聽錯了日期，確認了一下，確實是要我20分鐘之后，考慮準備時間太短，到下午還有面試，我就要求換了時間，大摩的mm很nice地給我更換到了今天上午10點，還把interviewer的名字告訴了我。結果晚上10點的時候，又收到該mm的電話，先是核對一下時間，然后有告訴我，interviewer更換了一個人，時間不變，又把這個人的名字告訴了我。這里就感受到了大摩的professional，換了別的公司也許這點小事根本不會通知了，而且時間已經那么晚。

　　今天上午10點準時收到電面，寒暄后對方介紹背景，香港office的英國manager，然后就是問題階段了，主要問了以下問題：

　　1 Self introduction

　　2 why MS, why Operation(understanding of Operation)

　　3 Leadership experience (why you are chosen to be the leader, how to select your team member)

　　4 why you think you are detail-oriented

　　5 career planning

　　6 when a task was given to me which I am not able to finish, what to do?

　　7 How to learning English?

　　8 Any mistake in internship?

　　9 Knowledge of different financial products( I talked about bonds, fixed income securities, derivatives)

　　有一些問題回答完之后會被追問，問的很細。
