As for myself, I often listen to light music when I feel stressed, and I always find myself refreshed and relaxed during the process. Besides, doing sports can have the same effect as well.
Last but not least, we can turn to our parents and teachers for help. Keep in mind that they are not only the adults we depend on but also our reliable friends. If I talk to them, I will feel I am not a single person and supported both physically and mentally by them.
