　　2007年，我們曾發起“中國外商投資企業履行社會責任倡議”。7年間，圍繞中國全面建設小康社會的目標以及可持續發展戰略，中國外商投資企業將社會責任融入企業戰略和日常經營中，努力實現企業和社會共同可持續發展。在中國全面推進深化改革的新時期，參加“2014中國外商投資企業履行社會責任優秀案例發布會”的企業，向所有在華外資企業倡議：升級中國外商投資企業履行社會責任行動——“踐行‘五好’，共贏發展”：

　　——積極關注中國社會發展，努力帶動供應鏈上的企業和行業伙伴共同履行社會責任，共擔發展責任，共享發展成果，做“合作好伙伴”;

　　——守法經營，向社會提供高質量的合格產品和完善的服務，保護客戶權益，并不斷創新產品和服務，做“客戶好朋友”;

　　——為社會提供更多就業機會，保護員工合法權益，建立和諧勞資關系，搭建員工事業發展平臺，做“員工好雇主”;

　　——將中國視為長遠發展的家園和土壤，保護生態環境，節能減排，加強生態文明建設，做“環境好使者”;

　　——繼續積極參加社會公益事業，創新公益方式，貢獻中國和諧社會建設，做“社區好鄰居”。

　　從不同的國家和地區來到中國，我們是中國改革開放的直接受益者，同時也是中國經濟發展的貢獻者。

　　在中國全面建設小康社會的今天，出席“中國外商投資企業社會責任論壇”的代表，向所有在華外資企業發出“履行社會責任，共創美好未來”的倡議：

　　我們認為——

　　建設人類美好未來，是各國企業的共同目標，履行社會責任應是企業責無旁貸的責任;

　　社會經濟的可持續發展是企業的生命力，圍繞中國全面建設小康社會的目標以及可持續發展戰略，積極踐行社會責任，是我們可持續發展的基石;

　　責任競爭力是企業可持續發展的內在需求，整合社會和環境問題到企業戰略和日常經營中，是企業提升責任競爭力的基礎。

　　我們承諾——

　　我們將認真遵守中國法律，守法經營，依法納稅，保護知識產權，向社會提供高質量的合格產品和完善的服務;

　　我們將為社會提供更多的就業機會，保護員工合法權益，建立和諧勞資關系;

　　我們將中國視為我們發展的家園和土壤，保護生態環境，節能減排，建設環境友好型、資源節約型社會;

　　我們將繼續積極參加社會公益事業，貢獻中國和諧社會建設;

　　Proposal Letter on Fulfilling Social Responsibility by Foreign Invested Enterprises in China

　　Coming to China from different countries and regions, we are the direct beneficiaries of the country’s reform and open-up drive while being contributors to the its economic development.

　　Against the current backdrop wherein China is building itself into a well-off society in an all-round way, representatives attending the “Forum on the Social Responsibility of Foreign Invested Enterprises in China” put forward the proposal of “fulfilling corporate social responsibility to create a better future” to all foreign invested enterprises in China.

　　We believe that--

　　Shaping a bright future for human beings is a shared objective of enterprises from all countries and fulfilling social responsibility is a due responsibility of those enterprises;

　　The sustainable development of the economy and society is the vital force for enterprises. Vigorous implementation of social responsibility in tandem with the objective of building a well-off society and the sustainable development strategy is the base of sustainable development of those enterprises;

　　Responsible competitiveness conforms to the requirements inherent in the enterprises’ pursuit of sustainable development. The incorporation of social and environmental issues into the business strategy and daily operations of enterprises constitutes the foundation to improve their responsible competitiveness.

　　We pledge that--

　　We will earnestly observe Chinese law, operate in a legal manner, pay taxes according to law, protect intellectual property, and provide the society with highly qualified products and comprehensive services;

　　We will provide the society with more employment opportunities, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the employees, and establish a harmonious relationship between the employers and the employees;

　　We will regard China as both the home and the soil to grow enterprises, protect the ecological environment, conserve energy and reduce emission, and build an environment friendly and resource efficient society;

　　We will continue to participate in social welfare and charity programs, contributing to China’s efforts of building itself into a harmonious society;

　　We will go to great lengths to stimulating and mobilizing enterprises alongside the supply chains to join us in fulfilling social responsibility, translating the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility into the consensus and actions of all enterprises.
