This letter is in regards to the vacancy in your restaurant in the position of a restaurant assistant manager. This is to bring to your notice that I am keen on joining in this position and so would like to apply for the same.
I have been working in the restaurant industry since last four years. My current job is in the position of a restaurant assistant manager with Wok Style Restaurant. In my present job I am responsible for assisting the manager and looking after the overall operations of the restaurant. I have to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and all customers get their food on time.
It is a small restaurant with less scope of growth so I am keen on joining a reputed restaurant chain like yours. I possess excellent managerial as well leadership quality. I can easily build rapport with the customers. I believe that by working in your restaurant I will get professional growth.
