我喜歡英語，為了英語，我曾經煩惱，曾經想過放棄。但一個個收獲的的喜悅讓我堅持了四年。在四年前的一天，爸爸媽媽帶我去旅游，在玩的時候，我看見我國有個漂亮的姐姐正用一口流利的英語在交談，這時我心里涌起一個念頭：學英語。
等旅游回家，我吵著爸爸媽媽讓我去學英語，可是他們不讓我去學，還說我年紀太小，等長大一點兒再讓我去。不管他們做什么，我都寸步不離，爸爸媽媽最后不耐煩了，決定讓我去學。
我去到英語班報名。起初，由于對英語的喜愛和沖動，我在英語班學的可認真了，經常得到老師和家長的好評。回家每天都練，總會擠出時間來學；可時間一長，我開始討厭煩，甚至有時候不去英語班，回到家也不練了。一天，爸爸本來“晴天”的，一下子就變得“烏云密布”，說：“你不應該半途而廢。不經一番風霜苦，哪的`臘梅吐清香。”我聽了，只好聽從。來到教室門口，“to perspective unremittingly”從教室里傳出來，我走進教室問老師：“這是什么意思？”老師微笑滿臉的對我說：“是堅持不懈。”聽到這，我臉漲得通紅。急忙走到位置坐了下來。果然，功夫不負好心人哪，每次比賽，老師忘不了少不了我。取得的成績不錯，如“金太陽少年英語才藝獎”“廣西口語比賽一等獎”等。去年還參加啦北京的“青少年英語全能王競賽。”爸爸媽媽看到了笑得合不攏嘴。

On Sunday morning I visited my grandparents with my parents. We went shopping together. In the afternoon we went fishing. We had a big dinner in the evening. After dinner, we watched TV together. We were very happy.
