            3.2 麥格理銀行校園招聘流程 & 日程

            (1)Application

            You can search vacancies and career opportunities, and apply online. You will need to

            attach your resume and any other supporting documents requested in the job advertisement.

            Our recruitment team will assess the suitability of your application and get back to you.

            (2)Interviews

            The interview process is an opportunity for you to get to know Macquarie, clarify the

            opportunities available to you and demonstrate your technical knowledge. Interviews will

            take place with a representative from HR, our businesses or a combination of both. The

            number and type of interviews across the groups will vary.

            (3)Assessments

            Psychometric assessment is a normal part of the selection process at Macquarie, and

            provides a reliable and independent evaluation of the likelihood of job success and

            satisfaction.

            You can complete a psychometric assessment in a variety of languages, so you can

            choose your native or preferred language to give yourself the best opportunity to perform

            well. Don’t worry about the location of the position you are applying for - you should only

            complete the assessment in English if that is your strongest language from the list available

            below.

            When you book your assessment, please inform the recruitment contact of your

            preferred language.

            (4)Employment Assessment

            To ensure the quality and integrity of our hiring process, Macquarie uses employment

            screening as part of our standard recruitment processes.

            Employment screening enables us to make prudent decisions on hiring, promotions and

            changes of duties that are based on informed understanding of your background and

            credentials. Screening also facilitates compliance with legislative and regulatory

            requirements.

            Macquarie’s employment screening process is facilitated by approved third party

            vendors.

            The information generated from the interview process and psychometric assessment, in

            combination with all of the other information gathered during the selection process, will be

            used to obtain a comprehensive view of the match between you and the position you have

            applied for.
