　　There was a lack of growth opportunities, as the company wasquite small. One of the reason I am so interested in yourcompany is that it is much bigger organization with formalcareer planning structures in place.

　　公司規模太小，缺少成長空間。我對貴公司感興趣的原因之一就是，貴公司是一個規模較大的公司，并且有職業規劃體系。

　　There was very little opportunity for me to use my initiative. I regard this as one of my strengths.I found it frustrating that I was unable to get past the bureaucracy of such a big company toimplement any improvements. This is why I am enthusiastic about working for a smaller companylike this one, which I know will encourage employees to use their initiative.

　　過去(在那里)很少有機會能讓我運用自己的自主能力。我將這種能力視為我的優勢之一。我發現在大公司，我根本無法與官僚主義抗衡做出貢獻時，我很失望。這就是我希望在一個像貴公司這樣較小型的公司工作的原因，因為規模較小的公司都鼓勵員工發揮他們的自主能力。

　　I’ve given this question some thought, and overall I’ve been very satisfied with my jobs. I’ve beenable to work with some really interesting people. But I have to say that I did have a job wherethere was an inordinate amount of paperwork. Because working with people is my strength, thepaperwork really bogged me down at times.

　　針對這個問題，我思考過很多次，整體來說，我很滿意我之前的.工作。我可以和一些很有趣的人一起工作，但是我必須要說，我工作中的文書工作實在是多得不合常理。與人打交道是我的特長，但是文書工作常常讓我陷入僵局。

　　As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry levelposition. However, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my fullpotential because the lack of challenges. I also didn’t think there was room for advancement in thecompany. I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company.But I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognizedand there is the opportunity for growth.

　　作為一個職場新人，公司提供了一個很好的入門級工作機會。但是工作這么多年后，我發現我沒法充分發揮自己的潛能，因為缺少挑戰。我也不認為在公司有上升空間。我喜歡在那里工作，我也感激在那里學到的技能。但是我覺得我的技能在別處能得到更好的利用，同時我的能力也會受賞識，我也更有成長空間。
