　　教學目標：

　　Make the students know：

　　1 The main parts of the plant：roots, stem, leaf and flower .

　　2 The function of the plant’s parts .

　　3 The parts that people eat .

　　The students should be able to：

　　1 Know and remember the important words and expressions of the plants .

　　2 Write something about plants and planting a plant .

　　詞匯：above , ground , grow , plant (n.)

　　句型：What is (are) sth. for?

　　What do sb.(sth.) do?

　　教學設計：

　　1 向學生問候，復習前面學過的關于天氣、學習等常用語句，七年級英語 Lesson 9，初中英語教案《七年級英語 Lesson 9》。

　　2 說明本課內容：植物的構造，板書植物構造簡圖。

　　3介紹本課詞匯和句型以及它們的用法。

　　4 帶領學生朗讀單詞與課文。

　　5 通過對話練習來鞏固本課內容。

　　6 請同學描述植物的組成部分以及各部分的功能，或者到前面來板書。

　　7 指導學生閱讀“讀物”，做“活動手冊”上的練習題。

　　8 布置作業：背誦和抄寫生詞，熟讀課文，用所學單詞和句型描述植物的構造和各部分的功能，完成練習題。
